Before designing or quoting your ADU, we perform a thorough site evaluation to confirm feasibility, access, utility layout, and zoning requirements.
Site Evaluation Fee: $200
This fee will be fully credited toward your build if you move forward with a signed construction agreement.

- GIS parcel research, zoning confirmation, and flood zone lookup
- Review of property deed, setbacks, and plat map
- On-site walk-through by a site evaluation specialist
- Utility assessment (water/sewer/septic, electrical panel, water pressure)
- Access review for trucks and equipment
- Photos and site notes for internal planning
- Verbal or written feasibility summary
