We Assess Your Property
A paid on-site evaluation where our team reviews your property's lot, utilities, access, zoning, and soil conditions. We determine your lot's buildable area, identify any challenges, and provide a preliminary feasibility summary.

Your ADU Takes Shape
Based on your goals and site evaluation, we coordinate with architects and engineers to develop your floor plan, structural engineering, and site layout. You'll review and approve everything before we move to permitting.

We Handle the Paperwork
We submit all required documents to your county's planning and building departments. We manage the review process, respond to any questions from officials, and keep you updated until permits are approved.

Your ADU Gets Built
Construction begins with site preparation and foundation work, then framing, roofing, mechanical systems, finishes, and final inspection. We manage all subcontractors, materials, inspections, and scheduling. You'll receive regular updates throughout.
