The Situation

A Hoke County family came to Danny with three needs at once: a double garage for vehicles and storage, a private living space where an aging parent could be close but independent, and covered parking for the rest of the family. Most builders would have quoted three separate projects. Danny saw one.

The Plan

After a full site assessment, the solution came together as a single connected structure — a double garage as the anchor, with two covered carports flanking it on either side, a private ADU living suite built into the rear of the garage, and a covered breezeway tying the entire addition back to the main house. One permitted build. One point of contact. Everything the family needed.

What We Built

A two-car garage with dual 9’x8′ garage doors, two flanking covered carports for family parking, a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom living suite in the rear with its own entrance, and a covered breezeway connecting the whole structure to the existing home. Fully permitted, structurally engineered, and completed in 20 weeks.

The Outcome

The aging parent moved into the suite with full independence — their own entrance, their own space, their own routine. The family has peace of mind knowing they are close. The garage and carports solved the parking situation the property had always lacked. Everything under one roof, connected by a breezeway, built to last.
